Benders Presents SUNSET YOGA AND WINE @ Flavors Wine Bar

I am so excited to be collaborating with Flavors Wine Bar in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. It is a beautiful, restored historic bell tower building that just radiates “COME PRACTICE HERE!”
Join me for a 45-50 minute yoga class followed by a glass of wine (included in ticket)! The bar will be open all afternoon and evening if you want to come before and order some food or stay later and have some fun!
- Please arrange for a safe ride home if you are thinking about going on an actual bender!!
Classes are accessible for all levels and experiences. It’s a great opportunity to try yoga in a fun and relaxing environment. We are coming together to find happiness and connection, you are always welcome and good enough for our classes.
- A yoga mat is required to practice.
Mats are available to purchase on this website along with homemade mat cleaner. You can practice in socks, shoes, or bare feet. Yogi Amy merchandise will be available to purchase along with a selfie backdrop to capture the moment!
- Registering for a Benders Event gives us permission to use any photos or videos taken at the event. Please message me if you would like to chat about it.
