8:30 AM Sol Power
A great class to start the day! Vigorous flows and movements will leave you feeling clear-minded, strong, and long! But, it’s up to you to find your Power on the mat whether it is fierce or calm! Everyone is welcome in this class! Currently, masks are required and the heat is around 90-95 degrees. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props that you may need. I recommend 2 blocks and a strap.

Noon SOL Flow
Prairie Athletic Club – Virtual on Zoom A class meant for everyone. We breathe, move, let go and challenge ourselves to learn, love, accept, grow, and ground. You currently can do this class in the safety of your own space. You also can sign up for this class and take it ANYTIME you want! So it doesn’t have to be at noon. A very warm class with lots of challenges and endurance building shapes, mixed with relaxation and mindfulness. A fast-moving class rooted in strength and balance. One of my favorites to teach! SOL SLOW FLOW
Slowing down isn’t easy and we tend to reject it. We learn how to move slowly and feel, experience, soak in and exist in slow flow. I recommend this class for all levels, it is not easy by any means, but it does move slow enough to be accessible to most. I love this class because my heart gets to talk. It is a great way to connect, even if you are introverted or challenged by yoga. You can sign up for this class and take it at ANY TIME!

A 45-minute flow designed to combat our Covid world of meetings, screen time, and stress. It will also aid high endurance athletes or people trying to loosen up their muscles for better performance.

SOL SLOW FLOW
Another favorite! 60 minutes before your day starts, to connect to breath, life, balance, to set an intention for the day or weekend. We move slowly and mindfully through challenging and releasing poses. A good place to start if you are new! The group usually requests non-traditional music that rocks!! If you can’t wake up early, you can still register for the class and get a link to practice it whenever you get the chance!

Join us Saturday mornings in a warm 95-degree studio to breathe, twist, balance, and relax. This flow is accessible to any level. The class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated and balanced. You can balance on your head or never move out of child pose, you are welcome in this class. Take the hour for yourself! Yo u will not regret it. Sign up early for Saturday classes
